Why Hire A Partial Planner/Day-of Coordinator?
- There are a 1,000 details involved in planning a wedding. You’ve created your vision, let us execute it. We want you to enjoy every minute of your wedding day with your family & friends, not worry about managing it. Our job is to ensure you experience a beautiful, STRESS-FREE, wedding day!
- Many venues have an on-site Maître ‘D or Banquet Manager and their role is to oversee their kitchen, bar and wait-staff. They do not coordinate all of the other vendors involved in your day. That’s where we come in! We orchestrate with ALL of your vendors to ensure your wedding day flows seamlessly. This gives you peace of mind and allows you more time on the dance floor!
- Asking your family, bridal party & friends to help manage your wedding day can be a recipe for disaster. They may want to help, but that doesn’t mean they have the experience or focus to devote to managing all the details on your wedding day. After all, they already play a big role in your day. Let them enjoy the day along with you, as your guests, and allow us to oversee the logistics. This is what we do!
- You can’t be in two places at one time! While you and your bridal squad are getting ready, someone from our team is prepping the ceremony location. While you are walking down the aisle, someone from our team is at the reception site finalizing every last element. Our team will divide and conquer to make sure no detail is left unattended.
- Your time is valuable. Wedding planning is time-consuming and can be overwhelming. We assist you through the final stages leading right up to your wedding day. This allows you more time to focus on what’s really important: you and your spouse to be!
- Peace of mind. We are experienced and fully insured. Most venues require it from all of their vendors.

Join us in giving back
Can Do Events believes in giving back to the community. We are blessed to be able to do what we love and what we are passionate about. We donate 10% of every signed package price to charity in the name of the wedding or event. Couples have the option to select an accredited charity of their choice for the donation. Many couples choose this option in lieu of wedding favors.
