Coordination begins at least 3 months prior to wedding date
Complete onsite day-of management up to 12 hours
Unlimited business hours e-mail, text & phone consults from start of contract
In-person meeting at your venue to map out logistics
Review of all contracts ensuring services booked align with your final vision Contact with all vendors at least 2 weeks prior to confirm services & timing
Creation of wedding day timeline for all vendors
Distribute flowers to bridal party & family members
Oversee transportation logistics for bridal party & guests
Help create and maintain Bride’s “must have” list of photographs
Set-up wedding elements: seating cards, favors, table numbers, guest book, photo booth props, etc.
Assemble bridal party for formal introductions into the reception
Coordinate all formalities to align with venue & DJ/Band
Pack up all wedding gifts for the family member you designate
Pack up all personal items for the family member you designate
Distribute final payments & gratuities as needed, if applicable, to vendors

The Diamond Package
Package Price: $3,200
The Diamond Package includes everything in the Gold Package plus the following additional services:
Wedding ceremony rehearsal coordination ensuring everyone knows what to do & where to be
Manage the sequence of the ceremony
Retain & secure the marriage license from the officiant
Set-up of ceremony location – alter flowers, pew bows, welcome sign, etc. Vendor recommendations – we help you select the best-of-the-best for your wedding day
The Platinum Package
Package Price: $3,900
The Platinum Package includes everything in the Gold and Diamond Packages plus the following additional services:
Guidance with seating chart/floor plan
Gift transport and delivery
Return of tuxedo rentals (in-state only) and other wedding rental items
Hand-written “Thank You” cards to each guest
Schedule and coordinate the Rehearsal Dinner
Schedule and coordinate the “Morning After” brunch
